Albar®

Albar® is a lamination of aluminium foil to bleached kraft paper.

Albar® 1279 offers an excellent water and grease barrier eg. takeaway chicken, kebab or popcorn bags.

Albar® 1432 is a bleached paper foil laminate with ionomer polymer coating on the foil surface, ideal for end use packaging e.g. soup sachets.

DukBak®

DukBak® is a bitumen laminated paper for general purpose industrial wrapping applications.

Extrucote™

Extrucote™ is a customisable polymer coated kraft paper or board providing a liquid, moisture and grease barrier.

The physical properties of Extrucote™ are dependent upon individual customer's requirements and specifications.

Extrucote™ is ideal for use in applications such as sugar sachets, confectionary bags, carton boards and heat sealable bags.

Extrulam™

Extrulam™ is a lamination of two plies of foil, paper or weave bonded with polyethylene.

Extrulam™ 250 is comprised of two layers of kraft paper laminated together and two-way reinforced, providing a barrier against light, odour, staining, moisture and prying eyes.

Extrulam™ 520 is a flat U.V. stabilised polypropylene weave laminated to a natural crepe sack kraft. It is useful in a multitude of industrial packaging applications.

Extrulam™ 1207 is a lamination of foil to brown kraft paper offering an excellent water, grease and reflective barrier.

Extrulam™ 1617 is a a flat U.V. stabilized polypropylene weave laminated to a sack kraft paper. It is suitable for the industrial wrapping of a variety of products particularly in outdoor applications.

Metal Wrap

Metal Wrap 1627 is a U.V. stabilised complex multi-layered reinforced lamination of kraft papers and polymers, designed to provide a weather and abrasion resistant packaging material for wrapping metals and other heavy building and industrial components.

Metal Wrap 1627 is ideal for use in applications such as:

wrapping painted coils of Zincalum™, Colorbond™ and aluminium;
wrapping sheet metal stock for local transport and distribution.

Sisalkraft®

Sisalkraft® is a range of fibreglass reinforced bitumen laminated kraft papers.

Sisalkraft® 305 is a Light Weight, strong three-way reinforced bitumen lamination of two kraft papers used for industrial wrapping, lining and construction underlay applications.

Sisalkraft® 300 is a Medium Weight, strong three-way reinforced bitumen lamination of two kraft papers used for industrial wrapping, lining and construction underlay applications.

Sisalkraft® 310 is a Heavy Weight, strong three-way reinforced bitumen lamination of two kraft papers used for industrial wrapping, lining and construction underlay applications.

Spot Stik®

Spot Stik® is a range of safety adhesive films for the protection of surfaces during production storage and distribution.

Spot Stik® 1123 is a temporary film for protecting glass and glass surfaces.

Spot Stik® 1133 and 1134 are temporary films for protecting gloss painted metal surfaces.

Spot Stik® 1143 and 1144 are temporary films for protecting satin finish surfaces.

Spot Stik® 1171 is a temporary film for protecting low pressure laminates on wooden panels such as cupboard doors.

Spot Stik® 1180 is a permanent domestic grade safety backing film which reduces the risk of injury from exposed sharp edges or shards should a mirror or glass be impacted.

Spot Stik® 1181 is a permanent commercial grade safety backing film which reduces the risk of injury from exposed sharp edges or shards should a mirror or glass be impacted.

The following is a list of commonly used Spot Stik. terminology and their meanings:

Adhesion - is the bond produced by the contact of the adhesive surface to the applied surface. This is classified in the range of Low to Medium to High to Permanent.
Tear Resistance - is the measure of the force required to produce a tear in the masking.
Dart Impact - is a measure of the strength and impact resistance of the film.
Elongation At Break - is a measure of how much the film may be stretched before it breaks.

Spot Stik® & Ultra-Violet Light

The Ultra-Violet light emitted under the harsh Australian sun can damage and alter the performance of even the hardiest of materials.

Spot Stik® is no exception to this and that is why we manufacture some products in our Spot Stik. range with specialised U.V. inhibitors to provide short term resistance against these harsh effects.

Spot Stik® products that are U.V. resistant and suitable for short term outdoor usage will be marked with this symbol.

Spot Stik® products that are NOT U.V. resistant and which should only be used in indoor locations will be marked with this symbol.

Tubepak™

Tubepak™ a strong three-way reinforced bitumen laminated paper folded with a glued seam to form a strong yet flexible tube, ideal for use in the packaging of lengthy and bulky industrial products.

Tubepak™ is ideal for use in applications such as the packaging of:

steel lengths for storage or transport;
fibreglass masts in the boat industry;
tools and other implements for transport or storage.
