Terms and Conditions of Trade
Your invoice will arrive with your goods, and no further statement will be issued. Your payment is due strictly within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Minimum purchase amount is $100.00, all prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
GST is payable on all sales, calculated at 10% on the price of all goods. Prices quotes are exclusive of GST. Details will be included in your invoice.
Embossing & Tape Supplies will personally deliver goods within the Sydney Metropolitan Area, free of freight charges. Freight charges will be payable for delivery of goods outside of the Sydney Metropolitan Area and at our discretion, and will be included in your invoice.
To protect you from obligation, and to protect us, the ownership of the goods delivered does not pass on to you until your invoice is paid in full. Embossing & Tape Supplies Pty Ltd reserves the right to take possession of the goods if considered necessary in circumstances where the account is unreasonably outside normal trading terms.
Any information supplied by you will be kept private and confidential by Embossing & Tape Supplies Pty Ltd and its agents or nominees. Your personal details will not be provided to any third party other than as necessary for the supply of agreed products or services.
All orders placed are subject to your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
